Booking & Advance
All bookings require a 50% advance payment to confirm the session. Remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot before the session begins. Advance is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed with 48-hour notice at no extra charge. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior forfeit the advance. Cancellations made 7+ days in advance are eligible for full refund or credit transfer.
Studio Usage
Booked time includes setup and breakdown. Additional time is charged at hourly rates. Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment, props, or backdrops. Food and beverages are not permitted in the shooting area.
Image Delivery
Edited images are delivered within 5–7 working days for standard packages. Rush/same-day delivery is available at additional cost. Raw/unedited files are not provided unless specifically agreed in the package.
Copyright & Usage
SAP Studio retains copyright of all photographs produced. Clients receive a non-exclusive licence for agreed usage. SAP Studio reserves the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a confidentiality clause is signed.
Additional Services
Makeup, styling, and set design are available at additional cost and must be booked in advance. Equipment rental is subject to availability. SAP Studio is not responsible for third-party service providers brought in by the client.
